RACHELLE GLEASON
Rachelle Gleason has more than a decade of experience in the structured settlement industry. She joined Millennium Settlement Consulting (now Sage Settlement Consulting) in January 2014, bringing expertise and dedication to her role. Since joining the firm, she has processed and completed hundreds of cases, consistently earning praise for her meticulous attention to detail and efficiency in ensuring cases are processed promptly. She brings the same level of care and detail to her current role as a settlement consultant.
Rachelle’s journey into the structured settlement industry began in 2011 during her three years as an administrative assistant at The James Street Group. There, she cultivated a foundation of understanding the business and developed the skills that have become hallmarks of her professional success. Clients particularly value her ability to design comprehensive settlement proposals, review documents precisely, and promptly respond to all requests.
Rachelle enjoys a fulfilling personal life outside of work. She devotes much of her attention to her dog, Lily, reading books, and spending time with friends and family.

As a Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC), Susan leverages her extensive expertise and needs assessment tools to support attorneys and their clients.
